Royal diamond properties are looking for a receptionist
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Attending to clients and providing required information
Operating all office phones, Receiving and forwarding incoming calls
Recording all outgoing and incoming calls
Responsible for the office appearance
Receiving visitors and directing them to the respective stations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Ability to type
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Numeric, oral and written language applications
