Job Description

We are looking for a security officer whose key role will be to ensure safety and security within business premises

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor and coordinate compliance activity with security policies.
Determine threats, identify risks and vulnerabilities to the organization, research security breaches recommend and deploy corrective actions.
Lead investigation complex investigation activities concerning losses and other incidents within Supply chain and Logistics; conduct due diligence and audits to assess Security.
Ensure compliance to internal standards by means of supporting the rest of the guards.
Contribute to reduce business losses on security incidents and related claims by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities and implementing the appropriate means and measures to protect transported assets.

Skills & Abilities:

Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to actively listen, communicate clearly, concisely and ensure customer understanding
Solid organizational and supervisory skills
Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve maximize customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

KCSE D plus
Two (2) years’ experience in supervisory roles Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Be in procession of a valid riding license
Those with experience in Operations for a security firm will have added advantage
