Responsibilities for the Call Centre Sales Job

• He/ She should have a good sales technique

• Display good communication skills during calling and conducting one on one sales

• Good personal grooming and ettiquecy

• Get “the sale” using various customer sales methods (one on one, cold calling, presentation etc)

• Meet personal and team sales targets

• Evaluate customer skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships

• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
