Skills / Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated experience in working in sales and marketing environment
Capable of working well with a variety of personalities
Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational and follow up skills
Ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must demonstrate a pleasant, out-going, cheerful demeanor, and work well with a team
Above average desktop computer skills with experience in Pages, Numbers, Keynote or MS Excel

Desired Qualiﬁcation:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant professional training
Two (2) year of relevant experience in a similar function
Diploma with relevant professional qualifications and three (3) year experience
Ideal candidate must be conﬁdent in a selling environment that entails courier and delivery services.

Essential job functions: Duties and responsibilities;

Be responsible for undertaking marketing and promotion of the company products and services in order to meet targets for growth and contribute to projected profitability.
Create communication and public relations programs that will enhance the company image and position within the market place and the general public
Facilitate client requirements meetings – both in person and/or remotely
Report weekly and monthly sales forecasts
Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends
Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate
Develop and manage client & agency relationships
Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner

Responsible for sales/marketing and advertising campaigns ·
Maintain active participation and membership in networking with other organizations
