Five unanswered questions about staffing agencies

1.If there is no placement fee then who is responsible in paying it for me?we work on a contingency fee basis meaning we dont get paid unless we successfully fill a vacancy with a suitable candidate

2.How exactly does this staffing thing work for me as the job seeker?the firm becomes your lawyer and represent you and in most cases we do not charge in you submitting your CV.

3.What does a recruitment agency do that i cant do it myself?we will get you your resume and set up an interview to talk about your skills,goals and the job you are applying for.

4.Unresponsive staffing agencies after applying a job?it either means that you we not qualified for the job and dint bother telling you communicate oftenly with us and remind us about your application.

5.I submitted my CV and now feel like it needs to be edited how do i go about?worry not because some recruiting agencies offer reviewing of CV at a smaller fee and they will go through it and point out errors and rewrite a perfect onne for you.
