Unnecessary things in a CV

Many of us put so many things that are unnecessary when writing a CV and these things at the end of the day does not add any value to your CV;Below are those words

1.An objectiive

Its not that important to add in the CV since its obvious that you really need the job

2.Personal stuff

Adding your marital status or the religion you belong to is of no importance

3.Age

When you ad your age it brings about discrimination by the employer that maybe you are too old or too young for the job.

4.Too much text

Your CV should be short and precise

5.Use of personal pronouns

When writing a CV it is advisable not to use the pronouns,I,ME.and SHE

6.Inconsistent formatting

Use a format that is easy to scan by your hiring manager and to enable also picking of key qualifications and career goals.

7.More than 15 years of experience

Do not include experiences that are prolonged like 15years use the present experiences

8.Headers,footers,tables,images or charts

This are not necessary at all and should be put away
