ICT Systems Auditor

Position Function: Reporting to the Head Internal Audit, the ICT Systems Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that there are adequate internal controls in the systems, adequate protection of data and maintenance of data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and Execute the implementation of the Information Systems Audit plan to ensure that risks are clearly identified and propose adequate Control Measures.
Draw up audit programmes and procedures for the assignments.

The position is responsible for ensuring that the Bank optimizes on commissions and fees earned from the services.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure settlements of money transfers, mobile phone service providers, sub-agents and visa card merchants are made on timely basis.
Coordinate agency activities, i.e. settlements, responding to queries, routine checks with the service providers as per the Service level agreements (SLA.)
Prepare commission payable to sub-agents as per the signed contract and due dates.
